ToolMates Hire Pty Ltd ABN 56 608 211 570 (referred to as ToolMates Hire) provides a booking platform, payment platform, searchable directory, social network and introductory service between a renter who requires tools and/or trailers for hire (Renter) and an owner who is able to provide such tools, vehicles and/or trailers for hire (Owner) (collectively, the Services).  The Services are available on the ToolMates Hire website at toolmateshire.com.au (Site) and on the ToolMates Hire mobile application (App). Below are the "Rules of Entry" and "Terms & Conditions" for ToolMates Hire iPad Competition.

1. Rules of entry

1. All participants must be aged 18 years or over.
2. The closing date and time for the receipt of entries in the lottery is on Monday 31st of October.
3. Prizes are 5 iPad 2 Mini's valued at $366 each.
4. Competition will take place between 22^nd August – 31^st of October 2016.
5. Participants must "Like" ToolMates Hire on Facebook and "Signup" to TooMates Hire website to be entered into draw.
6. Winners will be drawn at random from the list of "Facebook Like's" and ToolMates Hire "Website Signup's".
7. Draw will take place on Tuesday 2^nd of November 2016.
8. Participants must have "Liked" ToolMates Hire facebook page and "Signed Up" to ToolMates Hire website with valid email addresses.
9. Winners will be announced on the 7^th of November 2016 after they have been notified by Phone and Email and agreed to sign a “Release and Permission to Use Photographic Image and Waiver of Liability” form.
10. Participants must visit ToolMates Hire office's at 4/8 Lilian Fowler Place, Marrickville, Sydney 2204 to claim their prize.
    1. If Participants are unable to visit ToolMates Hire office's at date required, a later date will be arranged.
    2. If Participants are unable to visit ToolMates Hire office's for any other reason then the Prize will be posted out to them on the address they signed up to ToolMates Hire website on.
    3. If Partticipants require the Prize to be posted out to them, they must provide ToolMates Hire with Photographic evidence of them with the "Prize" for ToolMates Hire marketing purposes.
    4. Participants must agree to sign waver to allow photo of them to be taken recieveing the Prize to be used for ToolMates Hire for Social Media Marketing purposes.
11. Participants will be notified via Phone and Email contact with the details they provided on "Signing Up" to ToolMates Hire website.
12. Results of the "Draw" be posted on ToolMates Hire various social media outlets prior to the "Winners" being notified by email or phone and the "Winners" agreeing to and signing a "Release and Permission to Use Photographic Image And Waiver of Liability" form.

1. Upon "Winning" a prize Participants must agree and sign a "Release and Permission to Use Photographic Image And Waiver of Liability" form supplied by ToolMates Hire PTY Ltd.
