How it works

1. BOOKING
After our office receives your booking request we will ensure the appropriate product is ready for delivery. We recommend that you make your booking at least 48 hours before it is required.

2. DELIVERY
On your requested delivery day we will send one of our experienced drivers to the address you provided when booking the bin. The driver will deliver the bin and collect the payment for the bin if required.

3. PERIOD OF HIRE
Long term, day rates & weekend rates are avialable. The bin may remain at your address for a period of up to seven days. Extended rental periods are available, additional charges apply.

4. SERVICE REQUEST
After your rental period has expired we will automatically collect the bin from your address, if you would like the bin removed before this time you can contact our office to make these arrangements.

5. COLLECTION
On collection day we will send one of our experienced drivers to the address when booking the bin and collect the bin.

6. DISPOSAL
Kanga Bins recycle all material when possible. All other waste is deposited at landfills.

We have a well maintained, modern fleet of trucks ranging in size from small to large. We rarely have problem in access to tight lane entrances, delivering bins into backyards via side access or lifting bins over small fences or obstacles. Our bin service has been designed to allow rent of the bin for a period of up to one week. However, we do offer extended periods of rental upon request at an additional charge to the customer.

Monthly accounts for organisations that require higher volumes of waste management service are available upon request. Credit may be obtained by contacting the office and filling out our application form. Pending approval service will be allowed for the specified credit for a monthly period.
